Take the Plunge! Alternating between our hot and cold magnesium plunge pools can dramatically enhance recovery and overall health. This method combines the soothing heat of the hot plunge to relax muscles and improve circulation, with the invigorating chill of the cold plunge to reduce inflammation and tighten blood vessels. The rapid shift from hot to cold and back again helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and pump blood through the body more effectively, flushing out lactic acid. Our cold pool temperature is a refreshing low of 8 degrees approximately and our hot is set to a Devine 38 degrees.
